Keep North Carolina CleanStatewide Sponsor-A-Highway Program

With an exceptional quality of life, a business-friendly environment and its central location on the eastern seaboard, North Carolina continues to attract new businesses and residents alike. In fact, North Carolina consistently ranks at the top among places to work, live and play. It is also one of the fastest growing states in the US.

North Carolina has the 2nd largest state-maintained highway system with nearly 15,000 miles of primary highways (Interstates, US and NC Routes) and almost 65,000 miles of secondary roads. The cost for NCDOT to keep these roads litter-free tops $16 million annually. To help offset these costs the NCDOT and AAHLRSA are offering 1-mile segments for sponsorship through the Sponsor-A-Highway Program. For your sponsorship, you receive an acknowledgement sign along one of NC’s most traveled roadways. Locations are currently available on the following: I-26, I-40, I-73, I-74, I-77, I-85, I-95, I-140, I-240, I-277, I-440, I-485, I-540, I-785 and I-795. Other roadways are also available, contact us with your preferred location.

Some of our Sponsors

Our shopping center has been absolutely delighted to participate in the Sponsor-A-Highway program. In an area where outdoor advertising is severely limited, getting our name displayed on the busy highways has been an advertising coup!
